• A small, approved group of healthcare real-estate advisors and related experts, who operate only on a permission-based, invite-only basis.

How information is handled

Practices can update hours, services, locations and availability. Registration or professional details may be checked where a reliable public source is available. Every profile shows when its important information was last confirmed.

Verification and payment are separate. Paying for a membership does not create verified status.

What we do not do

• We do not publish anonymous public ratings or reviews.
• We do not publish fabricated counts, availability or patient numbers.
• We do not label any practice as “best”.
• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care.

Real estate, transparently

Real-estate advisory participation is optional, private, and permission-based. Property suitability information is preliminary and must be independently confirmed through legal, planning, design, engineering, landlord, municipal, and other appropriate review.

Coverage

We launch in Halton Region — Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills. Additional communities are published only once an administrator activates them and a useful number of verified profiles exist.
